   Why does a player able to leave the game and as soon as computer plays his cards he comes back, happens offer. If the computer can do this for the player then the computer can give players one dance to not play their meld they will tell them to play the next time this will keep players from holding until the end and will make games more interesting. Leaving the table is a problem they should not be able to return.

     Hello Bo,

     our players have always 2 minutes time on a table wit a bet to come back if they have a loss of the internet connection.Since we are a pure online game this can happen. In the meantime, our Ki always takes over until the player returns.

     Sometimes a person gets kicked off because the games server sucks and it is not fair so now you want to give them a penalty?

       Hello Melanie,

       Since our game constantly sends requests to our players and receives their answers, e.g. Which card has just been played by your opponent or is being played by you requires a permanent connection from your device to the Internet. Our servers are permanently connected to the Internet and are monitored by us. If our server breaks out, we usually get. A warning was sent and all players would notice the cancellation exactly at the same time, because then nobody could play anymore.

       If you want, you can reduce the data rate that our game sends to your device. To do this, go to “Settings” in the game and change the display quality with a click from “High” to “Low”, or switch the quality mode from GPU to CPU on a mobile device under “Options” in the settings.

       Make sure that there is very good WiFi coverage at your venue or use a cable connection to the router. If there are also problems with a cable connection, the cable may be defective or there are problems with the router. In that case, we would recommend consulting a professional.

       If you find that you have lost the connection (please pay attention to the icon that appears in the lower right corner of the screen), restart the game. At tables for chips you have 2 minutes to re-enter the table before the last card is placed, without losing your stake, receiving a time penalty or loyalty penalty.

       At tables with no stakes, at which you cannot lose any chips if you lose your connection, another player automatically slips after you when you leave the table and takes your place. How high the stake at the table is is irrelevant. You can e.g. Use our free chips distributed daily to play at 1-chip tables and always have the opportunity to come back to the table.

       If you do not have a 100% stable connection to the Internet for a while, please try our game in the Internet browser. You can log in there as usual with your e-mail address and your personal password or with your Facebook profile. Since a new connection is established in the browser for each individual request, a brief signal disturbance is often ignored and you can play more smoothly.

   hi.
   i would like to complain about a player who deliberatly went slow to stop me get points on the last game of competition.

   {fair} R.I.P goose 1 star….. 30/06/2020 6pm competition. i am pipster. that game play was out of order. i constantly ask him to be quick.
   watch the replay, not saying i would win, but its frustrating,
