Dear Players,
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your patience during yesterday’s server outage. The multi-hour interruption (from 2:10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.) was due to a technical issue with an external software provider, which was therefore beyond our direct control. Importantly, at no time was there any security risk, and our own systems remain fully secure and uncompromised.
Please note: Our team acted promptly in close cooperation with the provider to bring the servers back online. Once it became clear that, due to the disruption, only a very limited number of players would be able to play simultaneously, we decided to activate maintenance mode for all players until a stable solution was ensured.
If you lost any chips due to these technical issues, please get in touch with our support team at support@spiele-palast.de so we can compensate you accordingly.
